Raised by die-hard deadheads w/ pure flower power in Cave Creek, AZ, Ruca’s music emanates from a love of organic sounds, grooves that move, & lyrics that flow. Addicted to music & the beauty it brings; her smoky, soulful voice tells her story w/ a resounding, infectious energy. Since releasing her debut original album Flow in 2011, Ruca has played 400+ shows, from SXSW to McDowell Mountain Music Festival, wedding celebrations & backyard parties, dive bars & swanky lounges, both with a full band & as a solo acoustic artist. No matter the ensemble, Ruca never fails to mesmerize audiences w/ her raw-silk voice & irrefutable charisma every time she gets behind the mic.
